We are inclusive

On 12 March 2025, Dinkhauser Kartonagen and Aristos Druckzentrum received the “We Are Inclusive” award from the Tyrol Regional Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs.

Our staff are just as diverse as the tasks we carry out in our company.

“The role must suit the person and vice versa – this is often determined during a trial assignment. If there is an interest in our products and activities, we can usually find solutions together. The result is a strong, diverse team,” explains Josefa Schäfer from the Organisational Development department.

 
The best proof of this is Karlo, one of our employees at Dinkhauser who is classified as having a disability, and who has been an integral part of our team for 30 years. He was even interviewed by the Tiroler Tageszeitung about this.
The Social Ministry Service of the Tyrol Regional Office recognises companies that demonstrate a long-term commitment to inclusion in the employment and training of people with disabilities.
